This was my first 6hr long ride. Ginawa ko ito as preparation sa olympic distance triathlon nung Feb 23, 2020. Ang bike leg sa olympic distance triathlon ay 40kms lang pero since hindi ako masyadong nakapag training sa bike ginawa ko itong long ride para masanay ako sa aero position sa TT bike. This is two weeks bago ang race kaya ok lang malaspag.
