Sa video na ito I talked about some of the benefits of low heart rate training. Basically, sobrang bagal ng takbo para ma-maintain ko ang MAF HR (Maximum Aerobic Function heart rate). One of the benefits of slow running, low intensity training or low heart rate training ay less prone sa injury.
